what can you expect to find in this home?

On lot 4, on the left we find a Skilpod #130 with a dwelling area of 134m2 on a 341m2 plot with a W-oriented garden. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground and 2 on the first floor, and 2 bathrooms, one on the ground and one on the first floor. There is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances from AEG. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with connections for washing machine and tumble dryer.
 
All our homes have an E-level 10 (BEN). They come with triple glazing, 8 solar panels (405W) and an air source heat pump (ASHP) that can also cool in summer. There is the possibility of installing additional solar panels and/or a battery. This allows you to reduce the E-level even further.

Landscaping is not included in the price, but can be arranged via Skilpod.
