what can you expect to find in this home?
On lot 27, on the right we find a Skilpod #140 with a dwelling area of 140m2 on a plot of 2.73a with a SW-oriented garden. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with double sink and shower. There is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances from AEG. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with connections for washing machine and tumble dryer.
All our homes have an E-level 10 (BEN). They come with triple glazing, 8 solar panels (405W) and an air-to-air heat pump that can also cool in summer. There is the possibility of installing additional solar panels and/or a battery. This will allow you to reduce the E-level even further.
The prices do not include costs for finishing paint work (primer was already provided), connection of utilities and the architect.
