what is included in the all-in price?

• support in the permitting process: including surveying and probing. We take care of all administrative tasks, such as obtaining the necessary permits and carrying out the cone penetration test. This means you have no extra costs for these services and your construction process runs smoothly.
  
  
• complete unburdening during the construction process: From the moment you engage with us, we take all your worries off your hands. This includes coordinating all construction activities so that you can concentrate on other things. With Skilpod, you don't have to worry about delays or miscommunications between different contractors.
  
  
• groundworks, foundation and sewage: We arrange all necessary groundworks including foundations. This ensures that your home is solid and durable, ready to last for years.
  
  
• turnkey Skilpod: Your Skilpod will be delivered fully move-in ready. This means it will have flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and plumbing, and everything has been double painted and polished.
  
  
• full techniques package: Including a heat pump for heating and cooling, 8 solar panels of 405 Wp for renewable energy generation, a heat pump boiler, and ventilation D system for a healthy indoor climate.
  
  
• utility connections: We provide connections for water, sewage, electricity and internet (for Belgium only). This means you have no extra cost or hassle in arranging these utilities.

what is not included?

• architect fees: Architect fees are not included in our all-in price. This is because the architect must be able to independently defend your interests. For this, you reserve a budget of up to €2300 excl. VAT.
  
  
• special foundation: In exceptional cases, such as unstable soil, there may be an additional cost for a special foundation. This will be communicated clearly and timely and applied only if necessary.
