what is included in our all-in price?

  • You are free to personalise your home with the included choice options, at no additional cost. Want a little more? Explore our Skilpacks for an extra finishing touch.
    
    
• interior and exterior finishing
  
  
  • Large beveled windows maximise light and are part of our iconic look along with our vertical stone strips or wooden cladding.
  • Ceiling-high interior doors create a modern look and enhance the sense of space inside.
  • High-quality laminate parquet and/or tiles and a double coat of paint ensure a perfect finish. Upon completion, everything will be thoroughly polished once more.
  • Outside, a light fitting for exterior wall lighting will be provided, an outdoor tap and conduit pipes, one to each free facade of the house. You can use this later to install a car charging station or garden lighting.

  • The fully finished, modern kitchen provides you with plenty of storage space and a convenient layout. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances from AEG, which you get a 5-year warranty on.

  • We deliver bathrooms that impress in terms of both design and functionality. This includes modern and high-quality tap work, high-quality sanitary elements and spacious walk-in showers.
  • In homes where there is sufficient space, you can choose to replace the walk-in shower with a bathtub at a small additional cost.

what is not included in our all-in price?

• architect fees
  
  
  • To ensure that your interests are represented independently, as a contractor we are not allowed to appoint the architect. The architect's fee is therefore not included in our all-in price. For this you reserve a budget of about €2300,- excl. VAT.
  • Please note for the Netherlands: as prices vary by region, the cost of utility connections is not included in our all-in price. We will help you with all formalities. The EPB report in the Netherlands is provided by your architect.
    
    
• plot-related additional works
  
  
  • In exceptional cases, such as less stable soil, there may be an additional cost for a special foundation. This is always communicated clearly and timely and only applied if necessary.
